Good Nite

Lay Down or sit up with your fingertips touching and/or your feet touching the floor
Close your eyes
Move your head down towards your shoulders 3 times on each side, prepare your hypothalamus

Deep Breath in thru your nose and out thru your mouth 3 times
Prepare your Amygdala
Relax

Go in your mind to the beach with lots of warm sand and green water, there are palm trees on the left side
You look up and the sky is an inviting shade of blue
You look at the water and you are mesmerized
You look back up at the sky and there is the word Happy spelt with translucent clouds

Your body is soaking up the Vitamin D and you feel Vibrant
You are carefree and Laughing for no other reason then because you can
You stand up tall and walk towards the water
You are focused on you
You put your toes in the warm water
As you take another step in the warm water, you see your dream
It's real it'your dream, everything that you deserve and Want
You take a step back as you hear a knock, you hesitantly open the door, you close the door immediately, no Fear allowed, you did it.

You take 4 stepes towards your dream, you are smiling, everyone you trust and love are around you, everyone is so happy
You are breathing accordingly, you are manifesting your Happiness
As everyone looks up at the amazing sky the word Empowerment is spelled with those epic fluffy clouds, you feel warm, your skin may feel warm

You sit with everyone on your floating house, someone is playing  guitar, while someone else is picking coconuts, you are dancing, loving this life

Now as I slowly count back from 10, you will take deep breaths in your nose, out thru your mouth

You don't want to wake up but you will be back, the choice is yours
Open your eyes
